3 position lift chairs are a popular choice. They recline to an "almost" flat position. It is possible to nap in this chair, but an infinite position chair reclines all the way, to a more ideal full sleeping position. Knowing how much time you will spend using your lift chair will help you to determine which is the right type for you.
A 3 position lift chair is right for you if you want additional recliner positions. 3 position chairs will recline to an almost full recline, ideal for relaxing and napping. Similar to 2 position chairs, 3 position chairs do have an ottoman. It operates on the same motor as the recliner. This means that as the chair reclines, the ottoman will lift up.
